Does she have a website? Does she require initial contact and screening through her website? That happened to me once. I texted a lady a couple of times with no response. I later learned that she only responded to first contact through her website. IMO not a great policy (she could have at least responded with a link to her website) but at least I understood why she didn’t respond. I moved on.
I texted a well reviewed provider a few months ago and never heard back. Then I texted her again expressing my interest and referenced my previous message. She just wrote back "Hi". Two strikes against her, but perhaps she is just not that good with texting?
My initial message is carefully crafted after 15+ years of hobbying. In 5 or 6 sentences it praises them, includes info. about me and the specific time(s) I would like to book. So I highly doubt there is anything wrong with my inquiry to turn them off.
Regardless of how well you crafted you message it was not consistent with what she was asking for in her ad/website details.
In general though, if the initial attempts are not successful best to just move on -- but I don't really think of it in a number of strikes type context such that I "black list" them after some number of times. Sending a quick "like to meet" request is pretty low cost so if I'm interested in seeing her why limit my options just because communications are not working out now.
Take a step back.. Come back in 2-3 months and send a message, "Hey babe !! You wanna chill out, girl? "
Looks like she is not on the same level as you when it comes to communication..
I used to get really upset when people would respond to my well crafted messages in such manner, but then I realized that there are different personalities in this world.. Sometimes you just want to meet people at their level..
So, retract... refocus.. and then shoot again (after a little while)
Agreed. My well crafted text is one sentence with a good morning at the front, followed by a thank you. Ok 3 sentences. I assume they get hundreds of texts. Try brevity. Probably got lost in your referencing the prior email, your current email and why you're texting in the first place. Kind of like some of those really long reviews; I lose interest and really don't care about the guy's anything. HA!

too busy, laziness, or simply a lack of social grace? Or perhaps ignorance of the prescribed components of effective and polite communication. Gotta be one of these, right? Or maybe they're just a little slow on how to use the phone keyboard. But with most of them being cell phone cowboys, I doubt the latter.
No matter. When I get such a response, it's an automatic non-reply and a punt.
Did you ever think that she was being careful? There are some Hobbyists that are married and still dip into the Hobby and they do not want their Wife to know what he is doing.
