Seriously, way more. I have had an entire week booked, and lost half of it during the trip, and people shrug it off as "oh, that's common here". And that was when I was with an agency, and far from as low volume as I am now. You may FEEL like you get cancelled on a lot, but I can promise you, you don't.
And seriously? There should be "consequences"? Like we are children or something? Please. You know what our consequences are for canceling? We miss out on hundreds of dollars. I'm sorry you didn't get your dick sucked, but I promise that the majority take it way more seriously than you guys give us credit for. If we are willing to pass up our rent, it's probably for a reason. This really should go without saying, but apparently it needs to be... if you risk your ass with an unverifiable girl, that is 100% your fault and your problem, and has nothing to do with the girl.Because I was so "ready" for an appt, I ended up calling a BP girl. For a variety of reasons, I limit my hobby activities to when I am traveling. What I have noticed that is becoming more and more common, is that the provider cancels the appointment with little notice. On a recent trip, I went through the process of getting verified, mutually agreeing upon a time and place only to have my appointment canceled. This has happened very often. The problem is compounded when the hobbyist is married and already arranged a story for away time.

I have had only a certain few providers cancel on me short notice. On the norm, my experience has been that most providers are punctual. Those rare occasions that I get cancelled, sometimes without notice, is very frustrating, but I chalk it up to bad karma, as in, it wasn't meant to be. I will say this, that sometimes the provider has excellent reviews and no bad press, so it is a surprise when a NSNC happens. My limited experience in this hobby has been mostly positive, so I will continue to try and have fun with it.
Just keep in mind it also happens to the girls. Plenty of guys book and then NCNS. The best way not to be disappointed is to do your homework. Well reviewed girls generally don't cancel for no reason. Even then, life happens. On both sides. Less than a week ago I was to see a new girl but cut my lip shaving several hours beforehand so I called to cancel. She was a complete pro about it and I will see her again.
PS: what kind of "consequence" do you suggest? Girls who cancel get a rep and it hurts their business. Also, at least she didn't NCNS. Who knows what happened to her.
and i think this should work both ways, for chronic cancelers both provider and monger alike. I think there should be a permanent place for NCNS "reviews" Right now the only recourse is to make a post on your regional board which falls off the first page in a day or two only to be forgotten.
If there were a new category for both guys and girls to report NCNS and chronic flakes that would last and that would be available for all to see, just like reviews, that might cut down on the flakes of both sexes.

Maybe you should line-up several plan B ladies so that if "A" cancels, you have some options. Do not make multiple dates as providers talk and you will eventually get caught and your options will dry up fast.
I don't ever call her again. I move on to find another one. Plenty of Providers out there who are available to see me and especially my Money.
Some gals overbook & accept the first to arrive. I will not see such a provider. I check reviews to look for the signs.
I would never have 2, or 3 potential dates lined up just in case my #1 was does not come through.
Why waste your time with flakes?
I require a deposit to book because of the last minute cancelations that are unacceptable to me personally I can not afford to sit around waiting on a huge question mark ?. A reputable & professional provider who respects your time as much as she does her own would not cancel. Best of luck to you in the future with fun live, and learn.

What and clients don't do that too it's the nature of the beast things happen short notice, you just have to suck it up as that is the way it is in this biz. I'd rather a girl let you down at the last min due to things that will give you a crap time than take your money and give you a crappy service.
there are ways of getting the word out that x always cancels appts. with no valid reason and on short notice. You said the BP girl did not have your reviews, but there are NONE attached to your handle...did you mean another board? If this is happening to you often, you could be the problem. Maybe these women are getting spooked by you and just cancel.
