I know as a hobbyist there are certain cities I love to vist and some I pretty much avoid...uhhh due to quality and dependibility of the local babes.  How about you...what are your fave cities.  I know my home gets much deserved criticism [ DC ] due to NS.  And I really am sorry .

But already learned that ratio of last moment cancellations in DC is too hight for comfort.

Will tell all about Boston and St Louis in a week.

Some cities can be hit or miss.  I heard from some ladies that my hometown - New York can be either very lucrative or complete bust.

Another town that can be like that is Vegas.

I guess the question is how well lady researches potential places and markets herself prior to the tour.

You may know all this already, but. . .

A lot of ladies like to be contacted by email, or contact form, but if your require telephone contact to confirm after the initial email, there's less of a chance for NCNS. It is easy for some guy, perhaps drunk, to fill out a form at the computer, but if you require a conversation on the phone, he might not call which voids the appointment or, if he does call, there's more of a chance to commit to it.

Also, have the client contact you by phone on the day of the appointment. I heard that sometimes a lady would sit at the hotel and wait without having received verbal confirmation.

I always speak with a lady before making an appointment. I want to get a feel for her personality if it is someone I don't know. I think most ladies also enjoy getting to a client a little before they meet.

I am no fan of NCNS (i've never done it, but had it done to me) and I am certainly no fan of the DC, "Look at how important I am mentality."

That said, I believe there are two reasons to a high client NCNS ration in DC.

There are a lot of folks here that have last minute meetings pop up that can't be missed. Period. It's a fact of life here.

There are also a lot of folks that think that they're more important than they are, and more important than others, so when something little comes up they think everything will collapse without them. Or they just don't have enough respect of others whom they inconvenience due to their self-importance.

Considering (partly) why we have this, I think your suggestion is silly at best. Assuming I am partially correct, your suggestion will have zero effect on the problem.

But that's only my opinion.

Of course, I'm always right ;-)

If the guy who made the appointment do not call back as instructed, the appointment is void thus eliminating NCNS. It doesn't matter what reason it is for not calling.

Silly or not, the suggestion was not my invention. It is done in practice. A friend who screens for many ladies for years told me that. If there is no voice contact, the appointment is not confirmed. That screener has very few NCNS's.

I love NYC, Minneapolis, and Boston. I would like to visit DC, but due to the very fact that you mentioned in your initial post, I am a bit reluctant.

I'm not sure clients her are any more unreliable than any other metro area. I can assure you it is a destination city for lot and I mean lots of touring ladies. So it can't be all that bad.  I have however seen Providers bitching on the board on occasion about their NCNS experience.  But have no idea what teir particular circumstances might have been.  Give DC a chance.

Many guys are out and about when the unexpected may occur.
Many do not have Smartphones, and have no way to contact the provider.
Ladies need to have phone contact capability.

I have toured in DC and I had very mixed results. There is an extremely high cancelation rate. Some people are nice enough to call and cancel. However there is a fair ammount that just don't care. Also a lot of people have an attitude problem. I will not be returning. DC is the only city that I really have ever had so many problems with the clients.
