Just where it's always been -

I wear mine the same place I did for the last 39 years.  In a ring box at the house.  

Couldn't wear it because of safety concerns at work and never put it on after retiring.

On local dates, I wear my ring, since I'm afraid I would forget to put it back on, which would put me in an embarrassing position if my wife noticed.  I travel frequently with my favorite lady, and in these situations, I usually leave my ring in my car at the airport.  I'm not sure why this dichotomy.  I just feel more relaxed not wearing it when I travel.  Maybe you psychoanalysts have an explanation.

but before that I was wearing it daily, and removed it to hobby.  However I never concealed my status.

Conversely..if you are a provider, do you wear your rings....

...to appointments, or do they come off?  Any reactions from clients, good or bad?

I once saw a romantic scene in a movie where the married couple were making love and the camera panned to the couples hands embrassed and the rings were side by side.  I sometimes find that when I notice he has a wedding ring is when he has my hand in his in such a way.

I discourage anyone from removing their ring. There's potential for it to get lost or forgetting to put it back on. Naturally, this always leads to a lot of stress.

I bought a simple wedding band for about $100.  When I'm with a gent wearing a ring, I will sport one myself. That way when we're affectionate, it doesn't draw unwanted stares and attention.

At most they might assume we're two married people cheating, but for some mysterious reason, a woman wearing a wedding ring is never assumed to be a provider.
