I think many escorts sleep late.  I usually wake up bright and early unless I've had a very late night.  I'm normally out of bed by 8am and on my way to the gym by 9.30am or so.

If you want an early appointment why not call the day before?

Most girls only list not to call after a certain hour of the nighttime.

From what I've seen, absolutely nothing is typical about them here.

Some have day jobs; some who don't have day jobs have projects that they hope to turn into ventures.   One lady I know of gets up at 7 if she doesn't have a late appointment.  

If her circadian rhythm is youthful, her body will push her to stay up until she is absolutely exhausted at 2-3 a.m., and then sleep for 10 hours.  I stayed in this pattern till my late 30's, now in my 40s, I typically get up at 8 at the latest.  Before this, I would have slept till till 1 or later if the world allowed me to.  

Of course, not even everything I said there is typical.  Some just party all night.

It is only the EARLY BIRD that catches the worm!  The lady that you were trying to see might have late nights!  Don't get offended!

I sometimes do appointments at 7a also.  It's the best way to get your blood pumping in the morning, ya know??

... as I turn off the ringer on my phone when I'm sleeping!  In fact, if a client didn't get around to calling the evening before he would like to see me, I would encourage him to call me before 10:00am and leave a vm... I return those calls (and emails) first!

I take appointments late at night which often run into the am, so of course, my wake-up time does vary, but not that much.
