Why do guys do this?? :-(

I've noticed on local boards of popular vacation spots interesting patterns(stupidity actually).

We all know the local boards are where the providers place their 'weekly's'. And we as consumers CHECK THEM OUT.

I've become aware of certain ladies who receive consistent 2's,3's and 4's with the occassional 7 or 8 thrown in. I'm speaking performance here. Would someone PLEASE tell me why in hell's kitchen are guys continuing to call them?? And of course their reviews reflect disappointed adventures.

Are these guys considering that these providers were thunk'ed in the head overnite such that their 'work ethic' will suddenly be different ?? At least maybe for them???

It boggles the mind. And many of you know that it doesn't take much to boggle MY MIND.LOL

in reverse. Those guys invision themselves as princes, and through their tremendous charm, these poor frogs will turn into princesses. That's my theory, and I'm sticking to it! :)

i started my post below before yours appeared but was interrupted by a phone call....

that's my story and i'm sticking with it! LOL!

continuing to exhibit the same behavior while expecting a different outcome.

guyz get crazy and optimistic that they have the magic wand that will turn the froggette into a genuine princess.

girlz get crazy and optimistic that they have the touch that will turn their frogguy into a prince.

it's irrational and hormonal, no understanding about it.

this is not to be confused with a seeming pattern of insane persistence that gets relieved when patterns become clear. sometimes knowledge and peace and even a little bit of vicarious joy come through pain.

that's OK.

waxing a little philosophical here... no deep meanings.... feeling good rather.

definition of insanity is giving a damn.

If you don't give a damn, it's a hell of a lot easier to enjoy life.

As soon as you stick your neck out, well - Karma is a cast iron bitch....

At this point in my life, I *really* need to get back to "don't give a damn mode"....

great tune and nicely cathartic and i've experienced that, briefly, BUT my give a damns is never _permanently_ broken.

thing is i'd rather be dead than not give a damn. karma, cast iron bitch that she is, keeps trying to cut one head or the other off. but i'm still standing, breathing and enjoying life. only part of that enjoyment comes from the ladies these days.... i'm finding my way back to practicing my arts.... i've taken some care of some friends lately....

no, my give a damn never breaks, it just modifies according to circumstances and information.... and i've just had a flood of circumstances and information... it was a heavy load but it looks like the world doesn't need my second guessing.

i'm irrepressibly cheerful today...

I think you meant, "Tengo una pregunta, por favor".

My answer? No tengo la menor idea.

when he said 'Ich bin ein Berliner'; meaning to say I am a Berliner (in solidarity with the divided cities' citizens). But in German, 'ein Berliner' is a type of doughnut! "I am a doughnut"

i thought you originally said you were pregnant. couldn't remember pregunta....

but then: yo es muy enferma en la cabeza. as everyone knows ;-)

Lo siento, pero no tengo una buen respuesta.

Las apariencias engañan. Pero, quizás demasiado hombres no entienden.

That would be a first. :-)

Your statement on appearance has me baffled though. What of the sporatic nature of the reviews John?? Appearances don't mean squat with crappy reviews.

Brought it back to good old Liorr english so everyone could understand.

No mas Espanol necessario.

... is that beauty is only skin deep; but too many men don't grasp that fact and keep booking a women -- even with crappy reviews -- simply because she meets their physical ideal.

:-)

Machine generated language is an abomination. Natives speakers of spanish would laugh at that construction. Just saying.

But I admit I used a dictionary for one word.

Native speakers say I sound "like Tarzan." Even 10 yrs ago when I spoke it more often, my "fluency" was comparable to that of a 3 yr old.

I'm just bad at some things!

'Empinate yo lo meto'

PM me for the literal translation, or I'll share here if there's enough interest... ;)
