Would she be allowed to provide while in pregnancy or will she have to sign a contractual obligation not to provide? If the latter, I reckon that she'll have to lay off providing for about 8 month pre-birth and 2 month post birth. Therefore she'll have to lay off for at least 10 month. If so, purely from an economics stance, your $100K means that she is getting $10K per each month that she is not providing. It is not unusual for a top provider in a major metro city to make that kind of dough in one week! Therefore, unless you are planning to couple with an average type of provider in some less vibrant market, you may need to reconsider your budget for this asinine proposal

I would probably consider it for what I make in a year. Most reputable, attractive providers make way more than 100K in 10 months. Also considering the opportunity cost and losing figure (i.e. stretch marks and baby weight), 100k wouldn't cut it.

And I am assuming the $200k is profit and that you'd be covering her medical expenses as well. Don't forget the stretchmarks & uh...sagginess, that frequently come with a baby; she will not want to have to lower her rates or take a reduction in income because of such things, so you may need to compensate for corrective procedures to restore her to her pre-baby body.

The risk is very high for both you and the lady, the pay would barely cover her loss of income, it is immoral to set out to deny a child a parent and that is what you are proposing, and it would be cruel to the lady.
