No, it's not "plain and simple." Sex was consensual, it's a matter of opinion if the backdoor was non-consensual and therefore "rape," which is legally termed "sexual assault." (non-consensual penetration of a body cavity). I seriously doubt the cops would file charges once they knew all the circumstances and in the meantime, the provider gets a referral to the vice unit.

the question makes no sense. you should have asked what is the BEST thing we would do...and the best thing i would do in such a situation would be to immediately call my Husband. then that particular client would find his frontal lobe "accidentally" penetrated by my Hubby's shoe...over and over and over again. oopsie! just one of those misunderstandings between consenting adults.

I have had this happen once and it really was purely accidental. It wasn't with a client, however, it was with a boyfriend.
