I suspect though, you left happy and well rested as well, and let the envelope too.

You have to be prepared to keep the hottie awake and keep pounding I think, or maybe have arranged another time when you were more ready for action. Pretty hard to point fingers when the alarm went off as to who went to sleep first it sounds like. Lesson learned in my book.

I have not had this happen, though it happened at the end of the session and I was not kicked out nor expected to pay more. Touchy

I have been lucky (like one of the other posters) to fall asleep with my ATF at the end of a session. It was at her home in her own bed. When she awakened, she was distraught - not with me, but with the fact that the post office was about to close, that her laundermat trip was critical, and that other urgent tasks all had to be done at once.

Of course, I helped her out, starting off by racing to her local post office. Almost like being married.

You say you "nearly" slept through the rest of the three hour appt but then you vaguely refer to "extra time."

IMO it's pretty clear that under the "time and companionship" provision, you pay for your three hours, and you do so with a smile on your face.

If the two of you then had an extra round that went into overtime, then the Q is whether you pay extra.  As a general rule I believe that if a date goes into overtime with no comment from the girl, that's a green light that no extra money is required, but that's a general rule subject to circumstances and intepretation.  
A few months ago I had a one hour appt with a new friend that became two hours out of what appeared to be pure passion.  When I offered her a $100 tip, she firmly replied that she expected to be paid for a two-hour session, though she added that she would be happy to discount a future two-hour appt.  I wasnt thrilled but I accepted her position, which IMO was not irrational.  The key factor there for me was that we went 100% overtime without any statement by her that the overtime was her present.  So it became my present.  (LOL).  

In contrast, if in your situation you had stayed an extra 30 minutes, I would be surprised if the provider expected to be paid for the extra time.  30 minutes added on to 3 hours is equal to a 10 min overtime on a one hours session and, just as importantly, there was the unexpected event of falling asleep together for two hours.

But what if you then wnt back at it like tigers for another two hours?  Well that seems different.  At some point, preferably early on during "overtime," it might be preferable if one person just said something so the issue would be resolved.  But I've been there, or places like it, and life often does not work that way.

I once had a two-hour session in the early afternoon with a lady I know well. At the end of the time, we were both yawning - she had taken a red-eye from the Coast the night before, I had been up much of the night for some reason or other.

She had nothing scheduled for the next few hours, I had nowehere that I had to be right away. I forget who said it first, but we immediately agreed - a little nap sounds like a wonderful idea!

I set the alarm clock, she called the desk for a wake-up call, and we curled up under the covers and slept like babies for an hour and a half or so.

Obviously, compensation was not an issue.

Had a 2-hour session once between 8pm and 10pm.  We fell asleep in the afterglow and I suddenly woke up at 1am.  I had to leave so I woke her and we laughed.  Took her to dinner on a subsequent date as I felt bad about the 3-hour snooze session that followed our 2-hour date.
