Add these to fruits to health diet and they will help things stand up. Add walnuts, and other good sources of omega fatty-acids and protein to help load texture and size. Pineapple and cranberries really help load taste according to my wife. Most important for everything down there, blood flow, load size, load taste and load texture is drinking lots of water. Exercise and balanced nutritious diet are also key.

It's also one of the extremely few that really has some effect.  That is, if you can put up with its side effects.  It's cheap enough to take every day and increases blood flow to your ding-dong and overall responsiveness.  For best effect, it should be taken twice per day, but I can generally only tolerate a night time dose.  The day dose gives me the jitters and makes me feel just generally like warmed over shit.
