Unfortunately all I can offer is to contact admin. It has been my experience that they are pretty good at responding to issues like this.

As a lowly mod, I have no powers what so ever on these types of issues.

I emailed admin.  Their reply was it was caused by a computer glitch of some sort, and restored my days and gave me 30 free days.

So contact admin.

All of a sudden ....while checking some reviews my membership status reverted from VIP to basic. All my days I had stored up vanished.  I emailed support but could not have happen at a worst time.  Has this ever happen to anyone else? If so is TER prompt and fair about restoring credits?  Sorry...but guess you can't PM me with a reply until this is fixed.

I buy quarterly memberships as well as submitting reviews. In fact I do not do reviews for VIP time...I do them to share info with fellow hobbyist.  Also , I had just checked my account manager....I had 75 + days left.    Since alerting TER support on this and submitting this post I had two PM pop up. I hope it is not TER trying to contact me via PM as without my VIP I can not check PMs !! This is frustrating.

Try log in on another computer or a different browser. I had a similar problem but when I went to a different browser everything was ok. Found I had to delete some corrupted files in my profile for that browser and everything worked. The funny thing was the only page that did not work was TER but it still was related to the browser. I could log on but never got VIP status, yet when I logged on on another browser there was my VIP status. I deleted some profile files for the original browser and it started working again.
