Yes, both are still true.  However, TER staff is seriously swamped with requests right now so please do not use/abuse the "report a problem" feature until after they've caught up.

I'm not even reaching out to fix dead links on my own profile for the time being.   They have too many bigger fish to fry at the moment.

Since TER went dark, I have seen a shitload of providers. I have submitted the first volley of reviews, and I was promptly credited with 15/per review VIP status so it definitely works! Word is just getting around that TER is back, heck I only learned about it from browsing blogs on other websites just a couple of days ago.

My most recent review was approved and credited within 24 hours. My problem report updating contact info for an active provider was approved after 5 days or so.

Also, when I search on new reviews in my area, I see that more new reviews are posted each day. So TER is catching up, and more reviews are being submitted.
