You have to remember to take it.

It's also NICE!

I wish the blue pill would have less annoying effect on my sinus when I do take it for times when I go through 4 or more encounters a day. I've tried cialis which has a lot less side effects, but it's a lot less potent and one side effect of cialis kinda sucks too.

I take tadalafil as a vasodilator - without it my muscles cramp painfully after long (50+mile) bike rides. Tried all the natural remedies, and found a reference to the Italian cycling team using it (under its European name - Adcirca) to increase blood flow in their muscles (particularly their lungs).

My Dr prescribed for me.

Besides the benefits for endurance cardio, the only side effect is that I really want to pull up to a cliff top at sunset and soak in a bathtub.

For ED/sexual performance improvement? No comment. I wasnt having a problem in that area before. I'm sure its making a difference, but I couldn't tell you if it was or not.

whether it is the Viagara per se that cuts the Alzheimers risk, or is it the sex.

Sex is so good for one's body and mind, I wouldn't be surprised to learn it is the latter that really helps keep the brain in good shape.

It's vasodilators. They allow for more bloodlfow, which is generally good for you, and I'd imagine even better at old age where many have high blood pressure and so forth.

I mean, scientists stumbled upon sils secondary effect when they were trying to develop a medication for heart. The blue pill has already been proven to be good for your heart.

Another good reason for all of us Old Farts to keep exercising vigorously...outside the bedroom, too ;)

It's interesting to see the effects of Alzheimer's on Momasaurus Rex. At age 88, she's declining rapidly over the last three years. While she was busy working all her life, she never exercised.

Her father, who worked hard as a mule all his life (miner for 20+ years, farming for the rest) was "sharp as a tack" until he died at age 84 of lung cancer. In addition to the mining, he smoked like a chimney for 60+ years.

He was always working, moving and rarely sat still until well into his 70s.

And for that matter The Sun....now if it was in the National Enquirer then now I'm all in...lol

it's always wise to consider the sources cited. In this case it's the Cleveland Clinic, one of our finest medical institutions.
