Its a prescription medication so you will need script from a doctor.
Some pharmacies have walk in clinics in them (I know some "CVS" stores have "Minute Clinics" in them).  I don't know if they can help you, but you could try there.

and you don't know what you are getting with the internet pharmacies or black market runners. Then again, Miami has has a number of blue pill parties if you are lucky to get invited you might even get the real thing.
