Ever slip a 'cipro' in someone's drink? I'd like to hear stories about how you 'cure' your SO without 'full disclosure'

I practice safe sex so I don't have to indulge in such anxieties.  I think it would be highly irresponsible to try what you suggest, treat someone without his/her knowledge.  You should be honest about the need to see a doctor right away, if it damages your relationship that is the risk you take when hobbying.

stick that monster needle in her ass.

If that doesn't work, tell her she must have got it off a toilet seat.

There are non life threatening STDs that can permanently sterilize a woman.  Some can cause certain types of cancers over time as well.  When a woman has an STD, not only does she need to be treated but rechecked to be sure it's gone.

Imagine slipping someone a medication that kills them because they are unknowingly allergic?  Or, since she has no clue, let's say the medication somehow doesn't work, then what? I wouid rather deal with a cheating spouse than infertility or illness.

A person engaging in risky behavior should always use protection and be checked on a regular basis for STDs, just in case something went wrong with the protection.  If you're going to partake in extramarital affairs, you must take certain risks as well as precautions and be responsible for your actions.

Being sneaky is probably NOT the answer to your woes.  (Seeing as you posted under alias, why not divulge your disease du jour)????

(I might add, Cipro tastes like shit, and won't cure most STDs)!!!

If you use a condom, genital is almost ruled out. However you can get STDs of the throat.

Transmitted to you via oral or genital contact.

Just fess up and MAKE IT RIGHT!!!!

If you're in the hobby and you get a sore throat and fever. Go get and STD throat swab ASAP!

There are several points about your post that I find very disturbing.

First, the clearly offhand way you view the treatment of an STD, as though it were no big deal, and a simple matter of "sneaking" someone a treatment for is unconscionable. Second, I find it very disturbing that you appear to assume that passing an STD on to a significan other is a common place occurrence, and therefore a source of discussion for comparing different methods of how to go about dealing with it.

For information purposes, there simply IS no way to effectively treat an STD without informing your partner that treatment is needed. First off, your partner may have allergies to certain medications, or may experience an allergic reaction. For that reason, medications should be dispensed only by a medical professional.

Additionally, certain STDs, chiefly ghonorrhea now have antibiotic resistant strains, requiring a cocktail approach involving two or more antibiotics, as well as a culture and sensitivity test to ensure the disease has been treated properly.

Finally, many women are asymptomatic when infected with STD's such as syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, and others. Without proper treatment however, these diseases can lead to pelvic infllammatory disease (PID), an extremely painful and potentially serious disorder, and in the long run, can render a woman sterile.

If you have reason to suspect that your significant other may have been infected with an STD, it is critical for her health and safety that you inform her so that she can be tested and recieve the proper treatment immediately.

Even more proof why I shouldn't get married.

Let's say first off, you're an idiot. I can be a pretty big jackass at times, but I've never caught or passed anything along to any of the women I sleep with and if I did, I'd have the cojones to own up to it for their safety as well as mine (duh, so you don't pass it right back to yourself, at the very least.)

I feel bad for the providers who will see you unaware of the fact that you've caught something and will be passing it all around town.

I feel even worse for your poor unsuspecting wife that you think you can dope secretly in order to cure her. While there are some pretty damn stupid people out there (such as the woman my mom watched on Oprah whose husband tried to kill her with glowing green poison on the tip of his condom that she didn't think anything of or the glowing drinks she was suddenly forced to chug for her "health") but come on. Unless you've married a total moron, she's going to know something's up. Even the moronic woman on Oprah had a gut feeling something was up.

This could just be a fake post to get everybody riled up. However, if this post is true, this guy is truly has mental problems!!!! I am not so bright myself, and I tend to forget how utterly stupid some people can be.
