Does anyone have any recommendations for a provider/providers who cater to more "goth" sensibilities (i.e., sharp teeth, split tongue, etc., although I realize the latter of these two is probably somewhat rare)? I am going to post this in some regional boards, as well, but wanted to start here as I am not opposed to traveling.

A lot of this is location dependent. Certain cities/areas will tend to attract these types of providers. Also, they tend to mostly post ads on Tryst. The "alternative" section on Eros used to yield results but not anymore. In terms of cities, I've noticed that Philadelphia seems to have a lot of providers that enjoy that aesthetic. New Orleans is another location. New York City has a few gals like that, especially in the Brooklyn area. Portland and Denver could also work. Las Vegas has a bunch of girls that are covered in tattoos, but they aren't really goth. Anyway, here are a few names that come to mind. I am not endorsing any of these women since I have not seen them. However they do fit the aesthetic very well.

Lvna Dahlia - Philly based, no reviews and it appears her Tryst ad is down. However she fits the bill and is EXACTLY what you are looking for. Its the vampire/goth aesthetic, she has tattoos and piercings PLUS the split toungue. Just google GhoulFriendExperience to find her ad. She will travel to NYC as well.
