I mean, it's understandable, given the long shutdown and then covid.  I myself have just come back after a few years.

It shows only 804 users online right now.  Usually, there are around 3000.  

saying there was an error and they were working on it.  been getting that since 3:30 EDT.

If they were off-line for awhile, not everybody knows its back up yet.  Just in 15 minutes the user count went from 800 to 1200, so they are finding their way back a few at a time.

Yeah I stopped using the site altogether and pretty much planned on retiring and did so for a short time
but I decided to come back and I'm glad I did.  I've been having alot of fun reconnecting with some old friends and talking shop so to speak. Welcome back.

Saturday morning, 16-May-2021.  The recent "usual" number of Users Online has been in the 3000-4000 range. It is now reading 18,733.  Another glitch or are a lot of users trying to get a jump on getting some weekend R&R as the Covid restrictions are relaxed or repealed?  

Maybe all these "users" are actually afk and out f^cking.
