and the damn service advisor hinted at making sure I gave him and the shop a good rating when I was called... Since he was pretty pushy about it, it took away from the fact that they worked me in on short notice and gave me a break on the price.  So his 10 got knocked down to an 8.

The "service advisor" method is already a waste of dealership money. Get rid of these morons, if they were that mechanically inclined they would working on your car. Not asking you to diagnose what the trouble is. Fire them, and pass the savings on to the consumer.  

The sales people too, fuck 'em if you are too stupid to purchase a vehicle with out a salesperson. Chances are you are too stupid to operate a motor vehicle anyway.

We're not our selves when we are hungry....give me Snickers..lmao....or M&M'S...We can hide them in many places.
