I cant provide the best experience. I did 40 squats yesterday, 200 jumping jacks 4 30s planks, 80 donkey kicks, and I always forget to not do a full workout like that because Im just used to pushing past my limit and then spending intermittent times walking around to loosen tight muscles.
Then I wind up having to do something with family and I cant do anything but a few cycles of burpees and supermans, and Im not guaranteed space.

I make many mistakes, but Hell I've got a good buzz on, so wtf

working out the 'wrong' way. Overworking anything is certainly one of them, no offense.

At least these Ladies are nice enough not to mention how overweight us Guys are. My Girl has gained some weight since I first met her. So what! She's a Sweetheart and is always nice to me.

quite a few push up earlier today and last night don't have an exact count but I came . what im saying is some time in the gym along with healthier food would help some of the ladies in some photos I saw in various cities. in three to six months results could be had . and those who get photoshopped  skinny are fooling nobody that for sure and its absurd to do . all it says is one wants a new look however doesn't want to work to get it . xoxoxo

I typically know 4 weeks ahead of time when I'm going on a business trip, so I'll request a date and I get the "contact me a little closer to the data you want" response. So, what's the sweet spot?

I dont go to a jim for a work out. I like on demand fitness work outs. Calisthetics outdoors, walking jogging, yoga.  
I am a tv person so i work out with the tv on. I live on the water so i can pay for a gym membership and have a view of like you say jelly filled guys n gals sweating thier greases out all over a treadmill i may have wanted to go use... And WATCH 2 and a half men on a 3 inch by 3 inch screen attached to the stair climber. With the nice back drop of a cement brick wall. Cheerful.
Or I can work out at home with sounds of waves crashing , my hi def flatscreen with every channel. And no old creepy ugly fat guys staring at me!  
or weights that more people have man handled than half the escorts on here.

The people I see are generally the ones who are happy with the way they look and feel, and I think that translates out to me being happy with them also.

In fact, it seems to me that the gals who do mention that they are unhappy with their weight, or the size of their breasts, or similar physical attributes, are the ones who already have great bodies by most people's criteria.  It's a weird irony.

diet and gym time . they would look better and most likely feel better .. not for the guys but for themselves.  

I've said this before, but my ex went from having a gorgeous figure when we married to being about 225 pounds when we divorced. For most of our marriage she was overweight.

First, like some others have pointed out, there are plenty of men who are completely okay with - and even like - my extra padding.  One of my favorite clients is fond of saying that I'm "built for comfort."  Just like some men only like thin women, other men only like curvy (or even super-sized, which I am not) women.  A great many men like women is all varieties (see Mr. Fisher, whom I've had a great time with).  My weight has gone up and down several times in the last couple of years depending on a wide range of factors, but it has never been a problem for my business as Natasha.  

Please don't. If they are getting guys willing to pay them to fuck, and it has not affected their business, let them be. If their business wanes, they will figure it out and do something........or not.
