I had a great time in Bali. Not dirt cheap, but 100 gets you 90 min in a place that is classier and nicer that most W hotels in the west, with outside courtyards and fountains, inside bar and waiting areas. The rooms were all huge with jacuzzis, and the lady selection was great!

The reason why ask is your statement the high end in the US is between $1000 and $1500. There's plenty of high end way below that. Check out city-source.com in LA. Or check the Vegas TER ad board.

In US cities, like NYC, it's not that there aren't great gorgeous ladies (i met a few and had some awesome bookings after a TER meet i NYC a few years back), but accessibility to these women, especially for visitors is not easy at all
Worrying about the police and excessive verification checks and references makes things insanely hard.
In contrast, in many cities in europe, you just get off the plane and can easily get stuck into it
