Read a recent post about San Diego fascism and noticed a very prominent agency was involved.  Should we be leery of MiamiCompanions for awhile? How worried should we be in other cities they serve?

You really can't tell, because sometimes the busts keep on going on and on and on. SOmetimes an agency and/or providers will agree to work for LE to get others arrested and setup. So tread lightly. A good provider will just get out of the business and move on. Down in Florida they arrested the providers and left them locked up for a while, they did not have the same rights as hobbists. I can remember their were requests for funds to help the providers out. In addition to the providers getting arrested they had all of the their assets seized by LE.

Just because things appear to be ok on the surface, by people posting reviews and participating in forums does not mean things are ok. As time goes along people drop their fear and things go back to normal. Just be careful and tread lightly.

We did have one bust in our town a while back with Elite Connexxxions, which is affiliated with MC, but the MC girls still keep coming in good numbers without a single problem.

I wouldn't worry too much--It's fairly easy for LE to set up either the guy or the gal, but not both.  All the MC related busts involved LE staffers scheduling and attending the sessions on their own behalf, so if you & the gal are in the room alone, you're usually in good shape.

Having an undercover person schedule and attend a session does not require judicial action.  But getting a warrant to plant audio/video surveillance in a hotel room is tougher than it sounds, both from a legal and even more from a practical standpoint.

The real risk is that a raid of their HQ discloses your verification info, but it's hard to do much with that.

There are somethings be careful of. You could sent a email request along ago and it finally gets answered. You might no but a hobbist who gets arrested might have to sign a paper not to expose an on going investigation otherwise his name will be exposed to the news media.

Some hotels have been required to keep attract of potential activity. Some have been busted as know places of harboring the escort business where blocks of rooms have been used. They would even screen the clients for a provider. They would call the provider and ask is it "Ok to send so and so up to your room" Never call up a hotel directly to make arrangements. Always use the 800 number. I can remember one time, they want to call me back at my work number to make reservations. I thought that was odd and called the 800 number. In the middle of the session while I was going at it, the phone rang. I did not anwser the phone. They left a message checking to see if everything was ok. When I checked out in the early evening, the front desk asked if I used anything in the room. It was pretty funny to see the nosy patrons at the front desk faces when I told them "Just a few towels and sheets".

When anyone gets busted, usually what happens is its a small fine, and that is that.
They don't turn, why would they?? Not only would they be loosing money, but no one would ever trust them again.
Just go with the flow.
