Isint this a UK based site? For a long time I thought you could acess the UK TER by clicking on it, but that didn't work. Never thought it was a language menu.
so why do they have to put that little English flag up there on the right up corner? Is not like there is a drop down menu from where you can choose the language you want.
Maybe it's to inform people from other places that come across the site. They wouldn't know it is in english because they don't know the language. But by seeing the little flag and putting the mouse over it, they would know...
Sometimes I have to come up with my own answers to things that don't make sense.
