What's up with guys that don't have cell phones...and those who call from blocked numbers?

Calling from a payphone or from work is NOT acceptable.

Unblock your number so you'll get a callback.

"I have a cell phone, but my girlfriend pays the bill, so I can't use it."

"I see no use in them."

"I tried calling you, but my phone died on the way."

"Why didn't you answer me?"

"Don't you trust me?' (nope)

These are the responses I get all the time. I'm not going to book an appointment if I can't call back to confirm.

My ads clearly state No Blocked Calls, and must call from a personal cell number.



No Cell, Blocked # = No Appointment.

I can understand your position and your need to vent. Personally I had only gotten a cell phone for emergencies in my car. It is one of those pay as you go things that only costs $20 every 3 months. If I didn't feel I needed one for car emergencies I wouldn't have one at all. I am not in dire need to be able to contact anyone at anytime no matter where I am, nor do I want to be contacted anywhere, anytime no matter where I am.

One question...what kind of clients do you attract for you to have the difficulties I have often read in your posts? You might want to aim a little higher up the evolutionary ladder and you might find your level of frustration will drop some.
