Provider A- TER ID # 72790 has mediocre reviews. She changes her name and her phone # and becomes Provider B with TER ID# 114666. Same provider- two different TER ID's... but the reviews are not linked.

Is this the way it is supposed to work?

Most of the time when this is pointed out, the girls profile is combined and updated.
