But only with someone I know well and only in the winter time.  Not really a blanket, but a plump down-filled sleeping bag that can be either spread out as a soft warm comforter or zipped all the way up for some nice close cuddling.   She loves it!

I had a friend do that with his first serious girlfriend. And it's not like the blanket was in good condition.
