Cosette, not that you care what I have to say...but 'starving' yourself does not work. You will lose the weight, but double it in another month when you start 'eating' again defeating the sole purpose. The only way to lose weight the right way is get the right mindset...and get up and move each and every single day. Walk, run, get your heart rate up for at least 25 minutes consistently. And stretch your bod each and every day. Eat what you like but the key is in moderation. Do not consume what some stupid diet tells you to. You've heard it a 100x...diets do not work, and for good reason. They are 'temporary'. Up the protein, and yes stay away from sugar and carbs but don't deprive yourself of anything....and yes, you'll be golden. The weight will come off with a positive attitude, consistency and the 'want' more than anything.  

Just get up and move...that's the key. And no, you don't need to join a gym for any of it. And yes, I'll send you my new DVD free of charge ;)
