You do not need to pay for a VIP membership to use the whitelist.  What you need to do is send an email to support listing your handle here and a link to your reviews and asking that your account be linked.  Also, while your at it, ask for access to the provider's only board.  Having a linked account is what gives you access to the whitelist stuff.  You also get some (though not all) of the VIP benefits.
