There is yet another site that popped up right after (still up and running) but I believe that site services other areas besides just the Bay Area. Unlike RB, it's mainly an ad and review site - no message boards like RB or TER.

Not sure how good or accurate that site is but I have recognized quite a few provider's handles that have used the sites that are now shut down.
