Everybody holds their breath when they do push ups.

It's bad.. Makes you loose your stamina. You need your oxygen when you work.

It sounds stupid. But remember to breathe when you have sex.
You may be very surprised how it will prolong, and boost climax for both men, and women..

I make too much noise when I have sex..

to even consider holding my breath.  

And yeah, every tantra course or seminar I've been to or heard about pretty much starts off with breathing exercises.  

I've gotta add that there may be times with certain people that holding your breath is the only way to survive the odor - forget about actually getting off and shoot me before prolonging it!

I've gotta believe that most of the time, doing the nasty is good anyway you do it. To each his (or her) own!
