I'm not reopening the previous can of worms.  I got the message loud and clear.  I would however like some feedback from everyone about a radio show concept and topics to be discussed that one would be interested in listening to on the air. As some of you know, I'm in the process of producing an all talk radio show which will air via internet broadband live from vegas on a weekly basis.  Currently the name has been choosen, which will not be disclosed until just before the show will air, that's purpose is to showcase various local las vegas talents.  Being in this industry one can imagine where my mind went immediately... "let's interview ladies!!!"  Exactly.  Then my excitment came to a sudden hault when I became stumped trying to think of topics for the show exactly.  This is where I need your help everybody.  What would you all like to hear about?  or what type of topics would make you all want to tune in?  (besides the obvious, lol)

Luckily since it's being broadcasted via net the FCC, cannot restrict it's content, so anything said or done on the show isn't illegal, but unfortunately could still be self incriminating unless caution were used throughout the interview during the show by the lady and myself.  Especially since for 45 to 60 days after the show airs an mp3 archive is kept on the site available for download by anyone at anytime shortly after the show airs, and the site recieves over 1 million downloads of the various featured program archives on a monthly basis from all over the world. Hence why I don't plan on disclosing on the air that I do this exactly, even though I'm hosting it as Lora Maze, and I would encourage the guests to do the same. I believe this would be an interesting way for the gents to get to know the ladies w/o putting themselves out there and the ladies to put themselves out there in a safe manner as well.

Just what in the world would people want to listen to us gab about for an hour is what I'm curious about.  I don't want to bore the listeners to tears, I want it to be fun, and be a way for the person being interviewed to market themselves, talents, skills, services, etc, without a negative backlash on them or myself.  I've already asked several people outside of this industry to do possible interviews, but it just seems a little too mainstream.  I want to do a show that's out of the ordinary, naughty, but won't attract the wrong kind of attention to the person interviewed or myself.   The main problem is coming up with show topics each week exactly that aren't ambiguous or obscure.  Any suggestions???

I think that by limiting guests to LV you are by virtue of that fact limiting your audience... quite frankly for the most part, I could care less about what happens in cities outside of my own... unless someone REALLY grabs my attention.  So, I would suggest that you look at the topics on this board... they include:

Emotional stakes in hobbying.
Soccer (or hockey) moms as providers (ok, that is one Ciara covered)
How to handle the ignorant client, newbie.
Men, how do we live with em?! lol That could really be a fun topic.
Intelligence and providers (we are anything but dumb blonds!) Ciara of Phoenix is highly intelligent, classy and would be an excellent guest for that!
Family, work and fun... how to do them all!
Health issues - what are the real risks... this you could do with someone like Sharon Mitchell, an ID doc and a knowledgable provider with a med background... (they exist)
Hobbiests with mental health issues.....

There are a lot of things that are interesting... as they relate to this hobby,...  problem as I see it, getting the right guests... who would not be reluctant to go on the radio show.  Good luck.

Do a video podcast and interview providers, or have them send video clips of themselves to you, to put into the podcast. That would be cool and a great marketing tool.

Trust me, I've been a guest on a radio/internet video show. I thought they really wanted to know my thoughts and opinions as a provider, but they just wanted me to show them my tits (which I didn't do).

( . )( . )

although i didn't want to necessarily talk about the hobby or even have the lady admit she escorts... brains and beauty though was something I was strongly considering as an underlying theme of the show, and sorry to disappoint you guys there will be no live web cam, just audio content...

Many of the threads on this board would make great radio interviews (implants, emotions and the biz, "why we do this", duos, couples, newbies-corner, new provider questions, retiring provider interviews, clients who have done this for years, agency vs. independent, "security"  etc.  You could issue a TER-like disclaimer that all the stories are fictional and offered for entertainment value only... with the big wink  ; )
Good luck!!

...like a speed-crazed mandrill, which some say I actually resemble.  Come to think of it, not sure how the couch-pounding bit would play on radio, what with no cameras and all.

What if I just tell you how you don't know shit about psychiatry and I know everything, 'cause I've been studying it REALLY HARD in my copy of "Dianetics for Dummies"?  Would that be okay?  How much do I get if I do that?
