Sounds like a case of YMMV.

As for me, I just let nature take its course and go for it...if I'm "up" to the task and have had no complaints.Perhaps you upset her rythym with the Q and A....and the time on the session was winding down.
Who knows? Every session and situation is different.
This is just from my perspective as a hobbyist so let's hear from the providers.

On the front end.  If she agrees to two, the expectation has been set, and depending on how things go, you may run out of time.  

I like the advice of letting nature take it's course.  If it feels right, it'll happen.  If not, c'est la vie.  Does make it more challenging in terms of pacing yourself, doesn't it.

I imagine a provider might have any number of reasons for setting a limit of one. Appearance, technique, comportment, bad breath, or any number of things.

GFE..girlfriend experience..so, whatever (to a degree) you would normally do with your boyfriend in an hour (or 2, 3)..is, for the most part, how I would spend my time with my gentlemen..If he's a one pop guy then sobeit..but if there's room for 2 or 3 or more..it's whatever happens..
