I guess it's just one of the eternal questions that can never be answered, yet always keeps on being asked... 
so I don't try to figure it out. She'll let me know when the time comes.

I watched a link on Professor Stephen Hawking who is probably the most notable & the most brilliant Quantum Physicist & Mathematician alive, and I will attempt to put that link in here:
I mean the guy is a legend on the subject of The Universe, it's origins and its expansion, but when asked about Life's greatest mysteries and in particular what it is that makes people tick, particularly women, he simply said, and I paraphrase, that he was not any better equipped to respond to that (around the 4:40 mark)

I think He did, in his infinite wisdom, even confounded himself, and therefore made it impossible for a mere mortal man to comprehend the most precious of His creatures.
My honest answer: don't squeeze his head!
LOL seriously, sometimes I cum so hard that my legs squeeze together like a vice, and I have actually hurt someone once or twice. This is also why I won't wear CFM heels while a guy goes down on me. So there is always a battle between letting go completely, and trying to keep just enough awareness that I don't squeeze someone's head til it pops off 
I only care that it does... :-O
That said, there is the old joke, about why do women take so long to have an orgasm?
...about the study (1) eight women is a rather small sample size to state that the pattern of brain region stimulus was the same for all women (2) now they need to do a control group study involving a man and a woman having sex while in the MRI, so they can see if there are pattern differences between M/F intercourse vs. a woman masturbating.
Any volunteers?
