I just read a news report where the Turkish Navy, responding to a reported drowning woman, showed up on the Black Sea coast and proceeded to "rescue" what turned out to be an inflatable sex toy, as in a blow-up doll.  Reportedly they deflated said doll before returning to shore where it was discarded in the trash.  Good job sailors.

you said they were responding to a call of a drowning woman. I'd rather they respond to help and have it be a prank than to have them not respond.

Sounds like you should be making fun of the idiots who did the prank for wasting their time when perhaps someone did need saving
