I had a bad experience with a client that I would rather not explain on this thread but I would LOVE some advise on how I can warn others about this man. Because I am fairly new in this, I really believe I can save many other providers from dealing with this con-man. I appreciate any advice. Thanks,

First I'd let Red Heels know, they may be able to get the word out to other services and would possibly prevent them from working with this guy again.  TER doesn't have a great way to communicate this info, I would just place a blind item (like you have) and ask providers to PM you for details.  Be sure to mention what city you were in to narrow it down to relevant providers.

Sorry you had a tough time and kudos for trying to save someone else from the same hassle!
