though it's not exactly my own cup-o-tea, my own definition would be: the act of a (usually submissive) man physically and mentally worshiping a (stylized or idealilzed) body part of a (usually dominant) woman.  it's a fetish that almost by definition is taken to extreme (often absurd) limits for its sheer sexual gratification. for example, an ass-worshiping man may ask his dominant Mistress to smother him by sitting on his face for hours on end. a leg worshiping man may prostrate himself before a Mistress's legs/feet, licking her toes, etc.
