I only need lubes with clients because I wear condoms and it tends to get dry when is rubbing inside me.

Durex makes something called Sensilube that is great stuff; to the best of my knowledge it is only available in England.

you can safely use oils, which I much prefer for the taste, sensation, and persistent slipperiness. (oil will cause latex to break).  I've tried many of the natural unscented massage oils; some FBSM providers and CMTs mix their own blends.  Its all good.
