I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has some experience with levitra.  How well does it work, how long does it last, how long does it take to work, should it be taken with or without food, etc.  Also, how does it compare to viagra and cialis.

I find viagra to be more reliable than cialis.  With viagra I tend to get one very strong erection, but it may or may not help when it is time for seconds.  With cialis I seem to get weaker erections for a couple of days, but I can't count on cialis  working when I need it.  I'm a little more prone to headahes with viagra, but I've had headacahes with both.

Have used Viagra for about a year. Works for me in about 45-50 minutes. Then instant hard erection. Lasts fairly long for me and best orgasm is 2-3 hours into it (seconds), not initially. During first hour its a little dulling to sensitivity. The headaches after a few hours were getting worse and I usually got "blue vision".

Tried Levitra last week. A bit disappointed. Thought it would work faster, it didn't. Thought it would last long, it didn't. And didn't get as hard initially. Seconds were better, like with Viagra, and I didn't experience blue vision or headaches. Overall, I prefer Viagra. Think I'll cut dose in half to start and take other half after 2 hours. Must work well...My regular provider always asks if I remembered to take it. She enjoys it more than me because I last longer or until she is satisfied.

Would be interested in experiences with Cialis...have not tried.

I have tried Viagra three times, with great results but nasty side effects. I was able to gain hardness in about 20 minutes, and it lasted for 4 hours or so. Sensitivity is fantastic and recovery time is less than a few minutes. I do have a bizarre allergic reaction about 8 hours later, though. I get small bumps on my arms, chest and forehead. It takes a few days for them to go away, so I don't know if its worth it.

Seems to give my one strong erection, with minimal benefits for later rounds. I have tried cialis one time and was very disapointed. I found almost no benefit. I was doing an extended fun weekend, and did not dare take Viagra on top of the other drug, so I stayed disapointed. It is supposed to last 36 or more hours. I switched to much cheaper Suhagra (generic Viagra) based on advice received on this board.  I used to get headaches, but found that if I took the 100mg of Suhagra after eating, it was much better.  The info ususally says that taking it with food means it will not take effect as quickly, so if that is a concern, take it a little earlier.  

I have been very pleased with the results.

Let's say you are hobbying during the day.  You eat a snack- (you won't have time fo a real lunch- that's your playtime) and your little pill.

Then you get stood up.

I may have exaggerated slightly.  What happens is that from time to time up to 24 hours after ingestion, a swelling can occur.  It's not bad.  I recommend the use of this stuff.

To answer your other question, V makes it easier to get a rise, but doesn't mean you get one all the time.  I find that even after having a great session with one of TER's finest in the afternoon, that evening I may mysteriously get a stiffy again.  Without V I am usually done after the first pop (70% of the time to be scientific about it).  With V I have a recovery time of about 10 minutes.  The funny thing is (well, OK, all of this is pretty funny), there is a pronounced lack of horniness in the second round.

Isn't 100 mg of Viagra/Generic Viagra too much? Most literature I've read advises to take no more than 50 mg. at a time.

If you are having any reaction to any medication, get evaluated and I mean now.  I don't care how much you want to get wood and get it on, it's not worth it if you end up dead.

You may not view your small bumps as a major problem, but many medication reactions start small and can quickly escalate.  My allergy to tetracycline started with a minor swelling in my throat.  Two days later I took another dose and could have damn near died.  I was only 14 at the time (over 20 years ago) and didn't know any better; nor did my parents.

I'm in the medical field now, and I'll reiterate this:  If you are having ANY reaction to the viagra, STOP TAKING IT AND GET AN EVALUATION.  It's not worth your life.

When a doc prescribes Viagra, the dosage is based on 2 things basically.  One is the reason for the Erectile Dysfunction, and the other is the patients body type.

100Mg is a common dosage for men based on the above.  My understanding is that men taking Vitamin V strictly for recreational purposes (they don't need it to achieve erection) need only 25Mg most of the time.  The few guys I know that have taken 50Mg or more have encountered side effects that were undesireable  (headache, dizziness, etc.).  Most of these effects dissipated when takibg 25Mg, with no apparent decrease in performance.

BTW, I'm one of the guys that take it on an MD's prescription, due to drugs I take for other conditions.

This is great medicine.  A K-mart pharmicist clued me into the fact that you can get 100mg Viagra prescribed (cost is same as 25 mg), and cut it up into whatever works for you.   The "don't split" stuff is a myth.  Most of the side effects are due to OVERDOSE.  Try 25 mg -- or 1/4 of a 100 mg (costs the same).    If that doesn't work, step up.  
I get the results in about 15 minutes, and about 8 hours of effect.

Fortunately I have no side effects, no headaches, no weird vision, just a rock hard one-eyed schlong for 4 hours after taking 50 mg, split from a 100 mg pill, about 45 minutes before a vixenization, if she shows, or I show and she's not a barker.

A trip to costa rica 3 months ago is what got me into the hobby. My first trip I found that the major problem was that I could be sure to perform only once or twice a day and down there that is just not nearly enough. Enter viagra.

As many other posters have noted viagra is a guaranteed rock hard everytime as long as you take the right dosage for you and you don't have side effects. However viagra lasts only about 4 hours for me, so in that kind of target rich and bargain priced environment I found myself taking 2 to 3 pills a day which over the course of a 4 or 5 day trip turns into a lot of pills. I figured that I would wind up developing a tolerance for it and have to start upping my dose and risk side effects. Enter cialis and levitra.

Tryed levitra first and it acts just like viagra, but not quite as strong and lasts a very similar duration. This seems like a good replacement if you have a reaction to viagra, but if you don't it seems like viagra is stronger.

Had to try cialis since the word is that it lasts 24 to 48 hours. I did not find that to be the case. Cialis didn't seem to do anything for me. I did not get that 'hey, I'm trying to concentrate on screaming at the ball game I was stoopid enough to blow 3$$ on, but my diamond hard erection is distracting me' feeling that lets you know the stuff is working and its go time. I found that sex was not a problem, but I was done for several hours afterward, just as if I hadn't taken anything at all.

Overall I would say that viagra is still the champ with levitra a close second and cialis a waste of money.
