In general, what's said about them is true: they offer much more sensitivity than a standard condom.  The other good thing about them is you can go back and forth between FS and BBBJ without a change.  Just be careful you are correctly "engaged" when entering or re-entering her.

and I think they are fantastic.  I have had a very hard time coming with a regular condom and the switching back and forth to BBBJ was seamless.  Much more natural feeling for me.  It didn't even really interfer with my DATY.  My very sweet provider suggested we try it.  She used a glass dildo and had no trouble inserting it.  We just had to use a lot of lube.   I was concerned that it would not be as pleasurable for her, but she said she really liked them.  She did come a few times while we were using it too.  I agree that it looked a little strange flowering out of her pussy, but I got used to that pretty quickly.
