Just received a charity solicitation from Mr. Smallwood.  Had to send him a check to make him feel better.  I know give up of last names are not common here, but what are some good ones that you've heard?

and yes, he went by "Dick" Every time I called him I had to force myself NOT to burst into laughter.

I also remember having a Japanese client named "Fuchitome" and yes the "h" was pronounced as a "k"

Richard Hurt. I do not know anyone with that name however I’m sure there are a few with that name. I guess it would be especially funny if someone with that name is a urologist.
