The BBFS perversion of "PSE" is rather more recent.  
The shame of it is that there is a well-known alternative cryptonym for penetrative sex without condom, namely BBFS, but there is no such alternative for what you and I understand as PSE; the misappropriation leads to a net loss of expressiveness in our (in-group) language.
