If a woman doesn't like "GaGambler" it's highly unlikely that she is going to like the "real" me either. I am really not much different than my TER persona. I am rather picky where it comes to appearance. I am as non PC as you can get, and I don't suffer fools in person any more than I do here. There have been some provider posts that have intrigued me enough to consider booking them. Generally the ones that appeal to me that way are those posts that are literate and give the impression of a real human being who would be fun to spend a few hours having hot sex with.
Now - we could debate over whether this is in fact her real personality - but I am perfectly happy with a provider that can ACT like she has an interesting, appealing personality for the few hours I am with her. If it's real - Great! If not - Great!

Truth be told, I am physically attracted to very few of the female posters on this board (and NONE of the male ones. lol), and of the ones I might be attracted to, none of them are in my local area to boot. Not to mention many of the women that I like the most here, hotplants and H+T are a couple that come to mind. I have zero idea what they even look like.
I am sure I have literally hundreds of posts here ridiculing the "spineless suckups" that pander to the women here, I am certainly not going to join their ranks.
I'd go out for shots and people-watching with the likes of GaG, CPA, Curly, & co, but I'd probably never see them as clients. I can think of exactly one regular poster whom I knew I'd like to see based on his posts (and yes, he's an equally nice dude in person...even though my white ass had to get out of bed at 6am in order to see him at 7:30). That's an outlier, though. Most of the frequent posters on here are either mega-dicks (don't take that the wrong way, guys...we're still bros), or they're painfully obvious with their ass kissing. Guys like mrfisher and the aforementioned guy are rarities.
However, I'll be the first to admit that posting on here as a provider is most definitely a form of advertising, and a damn good one at that. Ads are pretty limited in terms of how expressive you can be while still conveying the important details, so it's sort of an advertising extension. Should someone find something that I say particularly intriguing, BAM...my info is right under my name. I get more business from my discussion board posts than I do from my ad board posts. By that same token, guys who I wouldn't "click" with in person are going to be made aware of that and will most likely avoid me, saving money for themselves and time for both of us. It's pretty sweet. Win-win all around.
