I tried to do a search and may have missed the answer to my question by not looking thoroughly enough so apologies in advance.  Regardless, I have been corresponding with clients interested in using BTC and given that I have a BTC  wallet and still use crypto for trading I'm very open to it.  Buuuuuuut, wondering if other ladies who accept BTC or other crypto have any tips, mainly how much extra is reasonable to add to your rate for transfer/withdrawal fees?

mmmm since I had many guys trying to scam, the only payment I accept is cash.
Just if I need to receive a part of the payment as reservation (dinnerdate, overnight or travel) I can accept bank transfer, bitcoin, etc.
You know... No money, no honey. ;)

I'm no expert, but this discussion came up a few weeks ago:

BTC is now at ~$5800 from a high of ~$20000 in December 2017.

I've been accepting BTC and several other cryptocurrency's since the first of the yr. I do not charge any additional fees for it. As a crypto trader I know to buy or accept in the dips and sell or withdraw during the highs. And, better yet HODL if you got some on a dip bc it will be reaching highs again come fall and pre Dec holidays. So, if you get your interested client to send during the dip or say weekend as you can always count on it to dip on wkends then you should be able to come out ahead or at the least cover any withdraw fee.

I absolutely love crypto!

Its  nice to have the business aspect of a date handled before the date.
I'm actually trying out a cryptocurrency special til the end of June offering a small discount for any prebookings prepaid with crypto. Its so cheap right now I'd love to build up my portfolio so I can reap benefits come Dec.

To the moon baby! As they say in the crypto world.

because its without any chargeback risk

I don't use btc, but just curious.  If it's so volatile, how do you deal with that?   If It's 10k per coin, can your need 1k, do you just accept 0.10 of a coin? And take the risk it's not 5k per coin and then can only get $500 for your 0.10 coin?

It is a risk unless you cash out the same day. Some who bought into or were accepting it prior to December last year made out well and still have gains from it. But it’s also capable of gaining so keeping it likely won’t be a loss unless it drops dramatically again.
