My advuice would be to take someone you have seen and with whom you have hit it off. If no one falls into that category and you pick someone from their reviews, see her a few times to make sure there is chemistry between the two of you. I can't imagine anything worse than paying $$$$$ to be accompanied on a vacation by someone I don't like. The $$ for the few advance meetings will be justified by the $$$$$ you will be shelling out for the vacation time.

You might think about going to one of the adult resorts in the Dominican Republic where you can choose a provider from among a group of women.  They'll spend 24/7 with you if you want going to the beach or other places.  And, if you're hitting it off or just want some variety, you can choose someone else the next day.

I have two friends who have done this and both came back pretty happy.  Not as sure a thing as bringing someone with you that you already have a repport with, but a lot less expensive.

Do not make her uncomfortable the entire trip wondering if you are going to pay her or not. Get it out of the way before the trip. It makes for a more fun and relaxing time. She will not go with you just for the free vacation.
