Yes, I have seen a couple of girls working the casinos over the past twenty years or so, but finding a provider who actually lives in the Bahamas is hardly any kind of a sure thing. The Bahamas are one of the few places where I choose to bring my own "sand to the beach" as opposed to many other Caribbean and Latin American destinations.
