Since I've started my hobby I've noticed my gym routine has changed.  I have increased my endurance and my cardio routines.  I am now able to do CG w/ all the legs changes for 45-60 minutes w/o stopping, can hold myself up and in different angles, and twist into different positions.
I now view my workouts as mini-sex marathon trainings.
What do the ladies and gentlemen do, if anything, now that you are in the hobby?

I've increased my cardio workouts, and strength training, and have also started doing kegel exercises.  I figure all those things will help me have more satisfying appointments, and I also want the  provider to have some pleasure as well. I"m also interested in what other things the ladies and gents do to increase their stamina.

I probably should improve my cardio/endurance, as well, and I applaud you for having done it.

I do weight lifting 4 times a week for strength training. Nice to be able to support yourself without crushing the woman. Recently I started working on legs and stomach more. I also use the special hip induction machines, excellent training for the groin muscles. My blood pressure is alot lower as a result of the excercise.

The stretching is not only relaxing after a vigorous session, but the benefits of increased flexibility come in handy as well.

There's nothing like moving around without ever having to disconnect. The guys never cease to be in awe of our "unbreakable bond". *lol*

And I must say I love what it does for my legs and back!

Seriously, I've been doing stretching and calesthenics for years, but not because of the hobby, but to keep my vertbrae from crushing my sciatic nerve.  It's smarts, I'll tell you what.

I guess it also helps me keep my boyish figure.

To be totally honest with you I rarely if ever break a sweat during a session. Sex does not get my heart rate up. No matter what I do I have such high endurance that it literally takes 30-45 minutes of serious cardio to get me sweating and when I do I hop on the stairmaster. A vigorous workout on that and then weight lifting is what is in the cards for me.
As a personal trainer I am not in the best shape but I am a damn good shape.

Last night I went to a work shop at my gym called ultimate abs. I never reached muscle failure. Never. Sometimes I feel bad looking around at the women huffing and puffing their hearts out and my face isn't even red. It's that norwegian blood.

I work extra so I can exchange money for sexual intercourse.

....in a minute.  

I ain't lying I did it!!

Bear in mind a provider is getting the exercise benefit of possibly 2-3 or more sessions per day averaged over time... whereas even a very active hobbyist might have at most a session or two per week!

Yes, it's unfair.

Anyway, I'm sure providers see far more dramatic changes...

is firmer, that's for sure.  I have noticed that my yoga teaching has also improved due to the increased endurance.
