Am curious, what information, if any, is used to verify a provider actually is a regular in a venue to qualify to be listed as tops in an area? Relatedly, is there some threshold visit /stay requirement for ladies that primary residence is outside the venue they ate listed for?
The provider needs a minimum of 20 reviews to qualify for the top providers list. Then they are listed based on the primary city in their TER profile. So if they move, and their TER profile is updated, they are then in that new city's list. I'm not sure if secondary city also qualifies, I don't think it does.
Providers can also remove themselves from the list if they so choose. And I believe TER admin also bans some girls from the list for review manipulation.
