THAT my friends is called PROLAPSE!!

I fix them all the time in the Operating Room..that's NOT a normal vagina..Prolapse is when the wear and tear of maybe child birth or other defects makes the uterus push down on the cervix and what you see is the "innerds" coming out of the vagina.
Hysterectomy is in order..but ironicly enough women walk about like that for years and have it not bother them!
