I just ran across an ad on P411 for a provider who has a standard rate of $400 hr, but who charges $550 hr for "Above 'Average' Gents." No criteria are offered, and she indicates that she will make that assessment upon inspection if you don't self-identify as above average. I quote:

Has anyone ever seen such a policy before? It strikes me as almost comical. While some of us might self-identify as average, providers nonetheless very often praise us for our big cocks. I suspect she does it impressionistically, which seems potentially too capricious an approach for a roughly 40% upcharge.
