Chi_Guy asks, in a thread below, re the 10 rating "Once In A Lifetime Experience," how many is a hobbyist allowed to have?

What are your suggestions re a revised wording for the 10 rating?

I'm going with "I Thought I Died and Went To Heaven."  [And I Didn't Even Have to Be A Jihadist] [That last part is not actually meant seriously.]

I know there are a lot of very clever responses waiting to be posted by the many wits in this forum.

Yes, one does have to wonder about the gentlemen who seem compelled to extoll the perfection of every woman they meet. Of course, they are deeply appreciated too.

But one is also forced to wonder about the men who post one poor review after another. One would think they would give up after a while and take up fly fishing. Especially if one of their reviews actually has to be removed because they gloated over having stolen from the lady who disappointed them.

Just gotta wonder.

Personally, as a provider, I am bothered by the fact that one cannot earn a ten rating without performing greek. Of course, the menu/profile should accurately reflect these offerings, but I think the performance rating should be based on the woman's quality of performance and attitude towards the items that are on her menu. Any others have ideas or solutions regarding this?

Just because a provider provides a different service than another doesn't mean she deserves less of a rating. If someone provides Greek doesn't mean they deserve a 10 while another provider may be outstanding in their performance and get rated a 9 or less.
It's what the provider specifically performs that should be rated upon not because she has one more service added to the list.

Many of the clients I speak to don't even know that only Greek can get a 10 and if there is no greek it gets knocked down to a 8 or 9 if first rated a 10. Not fair.
BTW, sinsofflesh...love your post!

I happen to agree with you though I don't see things changing in the near future. I visit a lady based on her written reviews more so than the numbers that she gets.

I don't think greek has to be performed, it just has to be on the menu. Escorts who deliver BBBJ and DFK should get higher scores than those who don't, and those that provide greek should get higher ratings as well. These reviews are for helping the clients discern who are the best escorts. The numbers need to reflect that.
Its not a business for the faint of heart, and some clients do not have the VIP option to see just what all is provided in a session. They go strictly by the numbers in that case.

But untrue.  You do NOT have to perform greek in order to qualify for a 10.

Quotes (again) fromt the review guidelines;
In order to keep our performance ratings consistent, we set up the following system: An escort provider may only eligible to earn up to a 7, unless she also willing to performs the following during a session: Kisses With Tongue, Bare-Back Blow Job, Really Bi, Anal Sex, or More than One Guy. The addition of each offering will raise the score she is eligible for by one point.

You qualify for a 7 just for showing up.
If you offer BBBJ and DFK your eligability is up to 9.
Add (any one) Really Bi, Greek, or more than one guy, and you qualify for the coveted 10.
Note, NONE of these services need be taken advantage of in order to qualify, the fact that they are available is enough.
SOOOOO, If you happen to be a bisexual, french kisser who happens to enjoy giving a BBBJ, you are in for 10 without greek ever coming in to play.

As to the original question, I don't think the 10 qualification needs to be relaxed, as that would likely only lead to more "grade inflation" which tends to be a problem anyway...

TY.  It was offered in the spirit of levity, with the hope of amusing catch phrases being bandied about in response.

Like "The Honeymoon i Should Have Had.  if I Married Jessica Alba."

Or "Like Losing My Virginity - But This Time My Head Was NOT Up My Ass.  And I didn't come In 5 Strokes."

Maybe "My Most Satisfactory Carnal Fantasy Come True."

Or "I Thought I Made A Career Change And Became A  Male Porno Star."

And so on...

That happened not to occur, but I'm an attention junkie, so I'm pleased anyway.

I'd rate the collective response [at least] an 8.

Do all guys want Greek?  I really don't care about it.  IMHO, Greek does not need to be the bottom line for a 10.  I personally do not need  Greek for a lady to rate a 10.  Why is it so important, that without it being on the menu, a lady can't get a 10?

Makes no sense to me.

A 10 to me means I got the best service for  my money, regardless of what is on the menu.

Yeah, "I died and thought I went to heaven" would be a good response for a 10.

Actually I think it's BBBJ AND Greek.  One of my favorite providers can almost never get above an 8 because she refuses to perform either.  It doesn't matter that all her reviewers praise her CBJ to the heavens.  Here's where the inconsistency gets frustrating.  That same provider a routine that never varies.  She has gotten at least one 9 and one 10 for performing the same acts that get her 8s.  I rated her a 9 but it got reduced.

Sometimes a provider will get a '10' for performing BBBJ and Greek.  Sometimes, they doesn't have to be performed but simply offered.  I don't even like Greek so a '10' for me would have to exclude it.

One provider in NYC, known for her BBBJ routinely gets 10s - just for that!  Granted her BBBJ is awesome but come on!  She does offer FS but you'll see almost no reviews about it.

There are many reviews where Greece was not visited, and neither were they a 3way trist; but the provider got a "10" performance rating.

Probably not necessary to change even though it doesn't makes sense.Changing it would lead to a 1000% increase in 10's.As other people have already said the total package is what determines the level of satisfaction obtained. If I visited a provider that did offer greek (which I have) and didn't take advantage of it ( which I don't) she would numerically be qualified for a ten even though I enjoyed another provider much more that did not offer that or other things.Bottom line, what is your level of satisfaction?

I was under the assumption that only those services provided during that session could be used to total up for the "score".  If you look at my reviews, you will not find a 10 because I don't do greek, haven't done a MFM, and in my one FMF, the ladies really weren't into each other.

bothers me more. Read some reviews where guys say "she had all these rules", or "everything covered" or "I won't go back", and then they give her a 7. WTF?

But I do agree with Marea, a provider shouldn't have to do Greek for a 10...a CIM should be counted up there, IMHO....

. . . is the number of blocks you would follow the lady if you ran into her on the streets.

Anything more than 10 blocks is a 10, of course.

This does not mean she earns extra points for performing the service; just that she is now eligible for a higher score. Her maximum eligible score is based on what is offered, not what is taken. You may or may not be interested in the “extra” services she has, but the fact she offers them makes her eligible for the higher score.

Above is the exact verbage from rule #7. I f you read it carefully, you will see that greek is not necessary for a 10. If a provider provides DFK, BBBJ and is Bi, that is the extra 3 points needed to make a 7 into a 10.

I think a provider should be rated on what is on the menu, and what takes place during the session. I don't think she should be "penalized" because she doesn't offer certain things. I"ve only written a few reviews, but I think what is most  important is the quality of the session, not necessarily what the provider does or does not offer.

Don't agree. Just because a Porsche has two-wheel drive doesn't mean it get's downgraded next to a Jeep.

You rate a restaurant on what they serve you, not what they list on the menu.

cim is another that may garner a 10.

Personally, it really is the attitude and service not just certain items on a list that should be considered for a 10.

just because someone doesn't "perform" certain acts doesn't mean that it wasn't the "best" time.

This is one of the reasons I don't do reviews anymore.
Some of my best sessions probably wouldn't rate 7's or 8's on the TER review scale, even though they were the best time I had had with a lady.

BTW.. Sorry you couldn't make it last night to the M+G.
It was a nice time.

Just my opinion...

As some have pointed out, MFM or FMF also qualify.. which is true.. Someone mentioned CIM qualifies- is that true?? I guess I just felt that for me personally and likely other ladies, greek is the one thing standing in the way, as requests for 3-ways are a lot less common than one-on-ones. Since I am really bi but have never had a chance to prove this, it is unknown in my profile and can't qualify me for a 10. Greek seems to be the one things that would easily qualify me for a ten, whereas I feel my service is great the way it is, without that particular country of tourism.. Sorry for hi-jacking your light-hearted thread, Sophomoric Humorist, btw ;)

Olympic gymnastics judges can certainly give multiple 10's. Perfect mount and dismount, no discernable flaws throughout the routine, all mandatory maneuvers performed. 10. I enjoy being their balance beam BTW.

If you are telling me that a cbj rates as highly as a bbbj, or that a no kiss is as good as DFK in numbers, you are only fooling yourself. I have been a member here for years, and I know better. TER isn't broke and doesn't need to be "fixed". They even have a category for rimming now, you think that menus aren't important to most of the guys here? Guess again.

If greek is offered and you don't partake, the girl still gets the grade for offering it.

Your analogy didn't make any sense in relation to the intent of my original post. Just because you might like one girl's looks better, that doesn't mean she deserves a higher grade for less service. If you give her one and the review doesn't rate the number, TER will downgrade it, or worse yet, you will lose your credibility as a reviewer if they don't. All the girls I see are top quality, thanks to TER reviews. I don't categorize them as "Jeeps" and "Porsches", I have more respect for them than that.

Right you are.  And don't forget the delivery and the mannerisms; that what sold so much of the humor in Seinfield.

Jerry fesses up to Elaine that sex with Katyia the gymnast was a tad bit disappointing.  He says he thought that Katyia was going to treat him like the apparatus.  I assume he expected her to do a lot of bouncing on and off him?  One part in particular?

This same episode also features George eating a discarned eclair from the trash, and getting busted at it by the mom of his current girlfriend.

One of my faves as well, from a very strong season.
