As you should be aware by now Tiffany is a 90 plus percent to be part of the agency that does not respond to many clients .
I expecting an answer from her it would not happen as a response on the Minnesota board and less likely here - note said provider has not even claimed or most likely not have access to her profile here as it is controlled.
Most likely answer to your predicament is that whomever schedules did not let her know.

Unless she has a booker who runs ads automatically, she's probably just busy.
Younger providers tend to be less skilled at client communication and follow-up.
